Vietnam trip - Day 16 (12/16/11)

Today is a sad day for me, it's the last day that I'll be in Tuy Hoa and my last day with my uncle and aunt. They're like parents to me and I'm not sure when I'll see them again :(. I had a blast here in Tuy Hoa. I might not have been borned in Tuy Hoa (long story) but part of my early childhood began here. It was good for me to spend a little bit more time here. The city of Tuy Hoa is not as big so thank to my uncle and Minh I think i saw most if not all of it. The hospitality from the relatives here were second to none. They really went out of there way to spoiled me :). Also, thank to them I really enjoyed the food...sooo good!
Anyway, I got up this morning around 7 and started to pack. It was easy because all my clothes were in my suitcase :). We came to my uncle's place around 8:30am. Minh stopped by and we got some Bun Bo Hue for breakfast. After that, we stopped by a coffee shop and stayed there for an hr. On the way back to my uncle's place, Minh stopped by a shop and hooked me up with a bag of Tuy Hoa coffee...Nice!
It's 11:15am and we are about to eat lunch. I'm still a little stuffed from breakfast.
It's 11:50am and I just finished lunch. It was a feast and i enjoyed every bite of it :). Once I finished my beer with ice, I might take a nap :).
It's 1:40pm and we are on the train. We have a few luggages so my uncle and other relatives helped us brought them on the train. We then said our goodbyes :(. I was busy getting everyone situated, I found my seat and sat down. Thank goodness we got the cushion seats, thank you mom! From Tuy Hoa to Nha Trang is about 2-2.5 hrs so that's not too bad. The train is starting to move so good bye Tuy Hoa :(.
I think my mom know everyone in Tuy Hoa or at least seem that way. She was talking to a group of women near her seats and then realized that she knows one of the ladies that she used to do business with.
Looking around the cabin that we are seating, I must say it's a lot nicer and cleaner than the cabin that has wooden bench. Check this out, there's a guy seating one row ahead to my left, he has been searching for gold for like 2-3 mins...eww!
This is one slow arse train, on my bad, it's pulling into the station :). Hmm...I don't know the train system works in America but we have been waiting at this station for at least 10mins going on 20. The reason for the wait is to let another train that is coming from the opposite direction to go first to prevent collision. I guess riding the train do have it one benefit, you get to see the beautiful sceneries.
It's 9:30pm and I just got back from cruising the town with my cousin. So let rewind, we got to Nha Trang around 4pm. My dad's relatives came and met us the train station. We took a cab to our hotel, the name of the hotel is Minh Cat and no it does not pronoun "cat". There's an accent mark above the letter "a". Anywho, we checked in, the cost per night is between 300-400 thousand Dong which is equivalent to $14-19 US dollar, oh yeah leaving large "I'm rich bitch" :). The room is descent, no odor, two queen beds, a bath, a walkout balcony, small tv and a small fridge. It's pretty nice for that price. Anyway, we put our luggages away and we to eat. We ordered some dishes and ate with rice. The fish in clay pot was delicious! After we ate, we went and visited my dad's relatives. We stayed there for an hr or so. We took my dad home and then I went cruising with my cousin. It has been raining on and off here but luckily it wasnt raining when we were cruising around. We cruised along the beach and it was pretty nice at night.
I think it's time for me to get some zzzzz. Hopefully no rain tomorrow!
