Vietnam trip - Day 14 (12/14/11)

I woke up around 7am today got ready and went to my uncle's place. Around 8am, Minh came and we took a cab because it was raining to the pho place. The pho was pretty good but the pho in Da Nang was still better. We then went to another coffee place called Cafe High Tech (Hieu, Abi and the gang went there went the were in Tuy Hoa) and I must say the coffee was pretty good. So far it's the best one in Tuy Hoa . We hang there for two hrs or so and went back to my uncle's place for lunch. After an excellent lunch I had some more the delicious fruits. I think this fruit which is purple on the outside and white in the inside is called mangosteens (see pix)...sooo gooood! I am stuffed! Man, I think I'm adapting to the vietnamese ways because usually people take a nap after lunch. For the last couple of days, I have been wanting to take a nap after lunch :).
It's 2:36pm, me and the dogs (see pix) are just chilling, I'm on the wooden recline chair and watching some Vietnamese tv which some english subtitle would be nice :). It's still raining and this weather is making me sleepy.
It's 7:39pm and I have over to Minh's dad restaurant which is right next to my uncle's place and had some Vietnamese rolls...yummy! (see pix). We're going a live band after dinner. Don't worry Adam, it's not a date so you can sleep easy :). Also, don't worry guys, Fun Bobby will only make an appearance with you guys and not with anyone else :).
It's 10pm, I got back to my place 20mins ago. The live band/karaoke was cool but the room was a little stuffy because of people smoking so we didn't stay there that long, wish I could understand what they are singing about. I was about to go up and sing, "mock-ing bird, yeah..." :).
Anyway, today was a chill day because it rains most of the day. I'm hoping for some sun tomorrow but I'll take cloudy, just no rain.
Omg! It's 10 something, this is the first time that I'm going to bed after 10pm since arriving in Vietnam. Bed time!
